Reiki Practitioner, Intuitive Coaching

Sarah was born in Southern California, but is so fortunate to have lived in Flagstaff since she was 6 years old. She now has a 17 year old son, and 2 daughters, 14 & 7. For almost 18 years Sarah has been serving the Flagstaff community as a hairstylist, helping people feel great on the inside and out. She has a dream of taking her love for connecting with and inspiring clients even further.

Sarah turned to more holistic, natural healing modalities a few years ago when going through her own life struggles. It was through this journey that led her to become a Reiki Practitioner. Reiki has many benefits for the mind, body and soul, making it an excellent complementary therapy. Reiki is very beneficial for women throughout pregnancy and after delivery. It helps relieve stress, eases physical discomforts, deepens bond with baby and promotes balance & overall well-being. 

Sarah is honored to be a part of the team at Flagstaff Birth Collective. She looks forward to helping women on their journeys to motherhood and beyond. It takes a village!
